ABOUT THE SPACE
Our showroom is available to rent for exhibitions, performances, conferences, lectures, seminars, meetings, presentations, and pop-ups.
The space is located on the ground floor of Berthelsdorfer Straße, situated in between Sonnenallee and Karl-Marx Straße in Neukölln’s Donaukiez next to Rixdorf. The floors are weathered hardwood and the walls are concrete painted white. The street-facing jalousie can be opened to let in natural light or left closed for privacy.

RENTAL TERMS
A 50% non-refundable rental deposit is required to reserve your rental. A €150 deposit is required, to be refunded at the end of the rental period minus any damages. Renter handles all promotional material and installation. Baustelle takes no commission on sales. Renter is responsible for cleaning and returning the space to its condition at the beginning of the rental period.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I host late-night events?
Events must end by 10pm out of respect for our neighbors.
Is the space insured?
We don’t currently offer contents insurance. You are welcome to book insurance independently.
How soon will I receive my security deposit back after the event?
Your security deposit will be returned within one week minus any damages incurred.
What facilities and supplies are included in the rental?
We offer a basic kitchen (with a sink, kettle, plug-in burner, microwave, dishwasher), WC, DSL Internet, 9 plinths, 7 various chairs, 4 basic tables (tabletop and sawhorses), and use of a streetside display board and display window.
